This time last year, I was visiting Florida in hopes of getting some clarity on if God really wanted me to move here. I was excited, scared, hopeful, but I came home just as confused as before.

I think God gave me a choice. He wasn’t demanding, He wasn’t stern. But the question was posed - was I willing to leave everything behind for the sake of trusting Him?

I guess that’s what faith is. Being willing to walk into unknown territory because you know God’s already there. Saying “yes” to Him without getting your “why’s” answered. Holding onto a sliver of hope that you heard God correctly when you believe He spoke something to you.

Well…you know the rest of the story. Here’s to almost half a year of living in the sunshine state ☀️

It’s late, but I haven’t popped on your feed in a few months, so I thought I’d say “hi” 🤍

I’m officially leaving for Orlando in 6 weeks, & I’m feeling all the things. Trying to be so present & soak in these last few weeks at home. I’m gonna write a blog post about this season of my life, because wow it’s intense. And I’m sure there’s so many of you that can relate! Love a Latte has definitely taken a back seat this year, but I’m so excited to pick it back up & really pursue it once I get settled in Florida 🍊☕️

In the meantime, I’ll try to be better about coming on stories & sharing more of my moving journey. If I’m being honest, picking out pieces to decorate my new apartment is one of the only things I’m currently excited about regarding the move. But I believe the Lord is calling me into this new season for a reason, & I know it’s going to yield so much fruit (even if it’s a little hard right now)! Thanks for sticking with me, friends 💗 Love y’all big time!!
